- Perform Hot Tap
- Measure flow rate and minimize flow
- Install the inflatable bags to the set point
- Secure the launch tube
- Install the control manifold and connect the gas bottles
- Inflate bags to engineered specifications
- Vent and drain isolated section of pipe
- Continuously monitor the inflation pressure
- Perform piping revisions
- Remove bags at completion of revisions
- Set completion plugs
- Remove valves
- Install blind flanges
