Furnace and Vessel Melt Outs

Team’s high-velocity heating capability has been a perfect solution for onsite melt outs of product in torpedo cars, induction furnaces, troughs and even process room floors. Vessels are heated after an outage or reline where product has solidified or become too viscous. The use of high-velocity combustion firing and oxygen provide the right mix to achieve melting temperatures up to 3,000°F.
