At a New York utility, flanges mating the cooling fins to the transformer case were leaking oil. Oil temperature was 104°F with moderate head pressure. Twelve three-inch flange clamps were designed, built, and installed by Team on the leaking transformer.

A special sealant developed specifically by Team for use on leaking transformers was injected, and the leaks were stopped.
