This group’s trained, and experienced personnel provide expert consultation and direct assistance worldwide on specific repair methods, techniques, and repair hardware. Open communications with other Team U.S. and international personnel worldwide makes this department a unique repository of the latest information on Team repair data and techniques for standard or unique situations. The group provides direct, real-time consultation to field personnel and customers on difficult repair jobs, and is responsible for initiating the industry’s training and safety standards that all other leak repair contractors now must follow. The group also provides training materials, seminars, and presentations for customers in emergency response techniques.
