Tongue Clamp Repair For Leaking Flanges
FEATURES

APPLICATIONS
- Flanges with a 3/8" gap or larger
- Any service pressure
- Any temperature
- Small or large diameter flanges
- Out of round and mismatched flanges
NOTE - When line pressure is less than 650 psig the injection valves can be removed and the ports plugged with safety plugs. Clamps can be easily and economically reinjected with sealant if a leak recurs due to vibration or system cycling. Flange is not damaged by welding, drilling, or peening. Flange does not have to be replaced to restore line integrity as a result of the repair.
