APPLICATIONS
- Out-of-round, tapered, different gap flanges
- When flange O.D. is not smooth
- When gap is too small for tongue clamp
- Where process chemicals don't allow wire and cable repair
- Where the leak is not blowing severely
NOTE - Injection valves can be removed when pressure is less than 650 psig. Clamp can be easily and economically reinjected with sealant if a leak recurs due to vibration or system cycling. Flange is not damaged by welding, drilling, or peening. Flange does not have to be replaced to restore line integrity as a result of the repair.
